B | 近期，杭州市富阳区检察院办理了多起利用快递渠道引流的诈骗案件，不少人为赚取微薄佣金，批量打包、邮寄涉诈卡片，沦为电诈犯罪“帮凶”。    (ECNS) -- A Chinese woman surnamed Zhou recently expressed her gratitude to Wang Jin, a staff member at Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport in Zhejiang Province, for helping her family rearrange their travel plans during an emergency.    "Faced with the loss of a loved one, we were overwhelmed with grief and did not know what to do. At such a difficult moment, Wang Jin gave us great comfort and support," Zhou wrote on her social media account. "His actions allowed us to truly appreciate the professionalism and compassion of the airport staff."        On the evening of Aug. 13, Zhou and her parents learned that a close relative had passed away. C | 抱着贪小便宜的心理，王女士扫描二维码下载App，随即被拉入专门的刷单微信群。群内“客服”以高额刷单佣金为诱饵，不断发布垫付任务，持续诱导王女士向指定陌生银行账户转账。短短三日，她被骗45万元。无独有偶，陈先生（化名）也收到了内含二维码广告纸的快件，卡片标注扫码进群免费领现金红包。

D | 陈先生扫码进入微信群后，下载陌生App参与刷单任务。

E | 起先，陈先生多次完成小额任务并顺利收到返利，于是他放下戒备，按照对方指引累计转账15万元，直到对方突然失联。两人的遭遇并不是个例，背后是一个分工明确的诈骗团伙。谭某某是这一团伙的核心组织者，团伙成员杨某某负责对接发货渠道，统一印制、申领批量快递单；宣某某负责租赁仓库专门作为涉案物料存放、打包场地，并招募多名临时工进行分装、打包涉诈卡片。经富阳区检察院认定，谭某某和杨某某主导快件邮寄，在共同犯罪中起主要作用，社会危害性突出，犯罪情节严重，依法以帮助信息网络犯罪活动罪提起公诉。针对此类案件，案件承办检察官提醒：快递网点经营者、仓储分拣和打包发货人员务必严格执行寄递“三项制度”，对装有带二维码刮奖卡、广告宣传单的快件加强查验甄别，切勿为赚取微薄酬劳承接可疑批量寄递业务。市民要牢记不收不拆陌生无来源快件、不扫描包裹内陌生二维码、拒绝任何转账充值要求。一旦不慎扫码转账，第一时间留存快件包装、卡片照片、聊天记录、转账凭证，并报警；同时向邮政管理部门举报违规寄递网点，配合相关部门溯源整治涉诈寄递产业链。
